Recommended if you are caught in the maze created by ‘living in the moment’ and can’t find a way out!

Posted: 02-Oct-2024

In our schooldays, we tagged along with our classmates because we craved their recognition and acceptance. This continued when we grew up. We drifted into ‘living in the moment,’ eager to please our peers and family. We didn’t have a plan for the future. Our horizon was today, and never mind if it conflicted with what our minds said was right, we kept doing it anyway... It was a “heart over head” situation that didn’t pay. Living without integrity, meaning, and purpose ultimately took its toll, and we were forced to rethink life when it began to hurt. We were going nowhere but rather round and round in small circles. We weren’t ready for the huge waves that would strike and capsize our life’s boat tomorrow!

Jolted by the realization of the dangers ahead, for the first time, we let our head take control of our lives (of course, the heart stayed, but the head took control!).

That was when the author found the way out by opting for a life of dignity and meaning by doing honest work!

If you’re similarly floundering in life, you may want to take a note out of the author’s life by reading this book.  You too could live a life of fulfillment, dignity, and purpose by introspecting on your situation and applying corrective changes that put you on the path to personal victory TODAY!!

Lies are “Words spoken, written, or unspoken that seek to confuse, deceive, manipulate, hurt, and destroy people.”

Posted: 15-Dec-2023

It’s true! Lies are harmful. Lies are destroying the world. They are more dangerous than we think.

Come to think of it, there’s no such thing as an ‘innocent’ or ‘harmless’ lie. Let’s keep excuses and white lies aside for a while and focus on solid, intentional, black lies alone. Why do we need lies at all? If we examine that question, we’ll realize that the purpose behind every lie is one of (to): confuse, deceive, manipulate, hurt, or destroy the recipient(s).

Lies do so much damage that in today’s world of disinformation/misinformation, entire media wars are fought and won by creating and propagating deliberate lies. AI/deep fakes/hi-tech can convincingly turn innocents into criminals and vice-versa, so how do we find the truth?

If such be the dangerous power of lies, a deep examination of the effects of truth and lies on life becomes worthwhile. Truth points one to God. Truth is light. Truth builds up. Lies point you in just the opposite direction, to the devil, and guaranteed destruction over time! This book examines the nitty-gritty of truth and lies.
