According to Quantum Physics, “Everything is energy.” Objects influence one another by the energy in them. Consequently, a trained expert can alter the state of your mind by sending and/or receiving energy from and to it from theirs. Energy healers bring about soothing relief to those suffering from mental trauma, fear, anguish, prolonged abuse, etc. using their mental energy. There are possibly a lot more good things you can do for others using the “everything is energy” theory. Sadly, however, this also opens the door for malevolent minds to misuse it and influence/subjugate unsuspecting people to fulfill their evil plans.

In this sci-fi+crime+mystery story, an energy healer is trailed by two malevolent organizations that seek to do just that! They want to capture and use him as a medium to attain their evil goals. He fights them off valiantly and wins but pays a stiff price in the process.
